We regularly dispatch vehicles from the Czech Republic on Mondays or, as the case may be, on Tuesdays. On the following days (Wednesday-Thursday) the consignments are delivered across Switzerland and at the same time, consignments destined for the Czech Republic are collected (Wednesday - Friday), which will then be delivered as circumstances allow from Friday to Monday.

To speed up the transport, we concentrate consignments within the Czech republic in our warehouse in Brno - FREE OF CHARGE.

Information on transport:

Export from the Czech Republic (direction Czech Republic-Switzerland)

• Loading of goods in the Czech Republic: Monday - Tuesday or pickups Wednesday - Friday, (as convenient for the carrier).
• Unloading in CH: on the next Wednesday-Thursday by 4 p.m. (as convenient for the carrier).
• Orders are to be placed by 12 a.m. on Friday.
• Order cancellation submitted more than 24 hours prior to loading is free of charge.
• Order cancellation submitted less than 24 hours prior to loading carries a cancellation fee of 50% of the price.

Import into the Czech Republic (direction Switzerland - Czech Republic)

• Loading of goods in CH: Wednesday-Friday (as convenient for the carrier).
• Unloading of goods in the Czech Republic: the next Friday-Monday (as convenient for the carrier).
• Order cancellation submitted more than 24 hours prior to loading is free of charge.
• Order cancellation submitted less than 24 hours prior to loading carries a cancellation fee of 50% of the price.
