As a standard, we dispatch vehicles from the Czech Republic on Monday or Tuesday, the following days (Wednesday-Thursday) the shipments are delivered in Switzerland and at the same time we pick up shipments sent to the Czech Republic (Wednesday-Friday), which are delivered on Friday-Tuesday, depending on circumstances.

Shipping information:

Export from the Czech Republic (direction Czech Republic to Switzerland)

• Loading of goods in the Czech Republic: Monday-Tuesday or collection on Wednesday-Friday (upon carrier's capacity).
• Unloading of goods in Switzerland: nearest Wednesday-Thursday (upon carrier's capacity)
• Orders: no later than Wednesday (over 3.5t over 18m²), Thursday (over 1t over 10m²), Friday by 12:00 noon!!! (up to 1t up to 10m²)
• Cancellation of an order no later than 24 hours before loading without charge.
• Cancellation of an order less than 24 hours before loading is charged 50% of the price.

Import to the Czech Republic (direction Switzerland to Czech Republic)

• Loading in Switzerland: Wednesday-Friday (upon carrier's capacity)
• Unloading in the Czech Republic: nearest Friday-Tuesday (upon agreement and carrier's capacity)
• Cancellation of an order no later than 24 hours before loading without charge.
• Cancellation of an order less than 24 hours before loading is charged 50% of the price.

Standard delivery of shipped goods within 15 days.

If the customer has the goods ready for dispatch and is not in a hurry for delivery, we can offer delivery within 15 days, at discounted prices of around –20% of the KLASIK module, see Price List.

The price reduction is achieved by accumulating more shipments in a certain area. The delivery time is calculated from the first day when the goods are ready for collection and the carrier (J.M.I.) will determine whether the goods will be collected on the first or thirteenth day and stored in our Brno warehouse FREE OF CHARGE.

• Loading in the Czech Republic: Monday to Friday (within 14 days from the time the goods are ready upon carrier's capacity).
• Unloading in Switzerland: Monday to Friday (within 15 days from the time the goods are ready upon carrier's capacity).
• Order must be placed no later than on the day the goods are ready for shipping.
• Written cancellation of an order no later than 12 hours before loading without charge.
• Written cancellation of an order less than 12 hours before loading is charged 50% of the freight.
• In case of a failed loading arrival (goods not ready for transport), the price under KLASIK module and a contractual penalty of 10% under KLASIK module will be charged automatically.

Import to the Czech Republic (direction Switzerland to Czech Republic)

• Loading in Switzerland: Monday to Friday (within 14 days from the time the goods are ready upon carrier's capacity).
• Unloading in the Czech Republic: Monday to Friday (within 15 days from the time the goods are ready upon carrier's capacity).
• Order must be placed no later than on the day the goods are ready for shipping.
• Written cancellation of an order no later than 12 hours before loading without charge.
• Written cancellation of an order less than 12 hours before loading is charged 50% of the freight.
• In case of failed loading arrival (goods not ready for transport) with a second loading arrival, the price under KLASIK module and a contractual penalty of 10% under KLASIK module will be automatically charged.

For express shipping, we provide next-day express transport of goods, taking into account the transport capacities by our smaller vehicles – pickups and vans.
