By concluding this contract, the carrier undertakes to carry the goods of the ordering party in accordance with the above facts and the ordering party undertakes to pay to the carrier the agreed price of transport within 14 days from invoicing and in case of late payment to pay to the carrier a contractual penalty of 0.05% of the amount due for each day of delay. The transport will be carried out in accordance with the CMR agreement.
